'Books Provoke Emotions'
Nice to have had an early night last night. Jason cleared out the last of the books from the lounge. I was feeling a little bit emotional. Had many of these books since childhood, some were passed down to me and others were gifts from friends. Reluctantly, Jason agreed to remove the books and stack them ready for collection by Book Valuers!
'Empty shelves, equals clarity of mind!'
It was strange looking at empty shelves. All my life, my shelves have always been full. Every corner, space, cupboard and shelf full to overloading. Brimming with memories, dust and stagnation. No more. I thought I would be upset to see these things removed, but no. It was actually quite a relief and yes it was a weight lifted from my mind!
A Sigh of relief!
With boxes of books, ornaments, china and absolutely everything you can imagine growing in height in my now defunct dining room, each and everyday becomes easier. By packing everything away into small boxes, it allows me, to come to terms with the situation.
'We are the Sum of our own experiences, and we are putting it right!'
Whatever happens in our life now, we are happy to off load, every single thing we have ever had in our life. Every item collected. every memory stored and every link to the past we still have.
'CBT, Put into boxes'
'The past is now tainted!'
'Nothing is as shocking, as the people who did this'
When these times, descended upon us, we never realised, just how important they would be!
'Two months, to make a difference!'
Jay moved in today. Stagnation at work has made us think the unthinkable in many respects. With our long term ambition set in stone, it is now for all of us to work together, to make our dreams come true.
Jay will be helping us out, as he well knows. By being there for Jason and myself at this time, he is helping us out, with all the emotional turmoil swirling around us currently, as well as the ending, as yet still to be written.
'Working together, for the better!'
'Wireless technology, NOT!'
Spent the morning getting the upstairs lounge, into some sort of order, so Jay can move his stuff in. Gay capri does resemble a bit of a bomb site at present, with boxes and furniture everywhere. Dale Douglas will be collecting some furniture he has bought, tomorrow. That will give us some more space and the ability to move around the house at least.
Reset to Factory Settings
Kiefer popped round to collect to collect the desk top PC. Windows Vista. Cost me a fortune to have it made. Hardly ever used the thing to be honest, so if it does Kiefer some good, great.
During my least major relapse, I learnt all about Computers, by taking them apart, normally as soon as I had bought them, so I could put them back together. I would add things like flashing lights, top spec graphics cards and the like.
Positivity all the way today!
Peace and Love as always!
